EUSleep invites you to the inaugural Sleep Symposium at the Emory University Conference Center Hotel. The conference will gather faculty, students and trainees across Emory University with the goal of initiating and promoting collaborations in the theme of “Building Sleep Research Across Emory”.
Dayna A. Johnson, PhD is a social epidemiologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University. She received her doctorate in Epidemiologic Science from the University of Michigan, and she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Sleep and Circadian Disorders at Harvard Medical School.
We are proposing to expand existing sleep research, education and outreach efforts at Emory to: 1) identify and grow innovative multidisciplinary research collaborations at Emory targeting different populations and settings; 2) create new, and strengthen existing, sleep training opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students; and 3) promote healthy sleep to the Emory community, as well as the greater Atlanta community, Georgia and beyond.
